08:00 左右从成都 X 酒店/居住地（三环内）出发随后行经成雅高速公路，途经新津服务区抵达雅安，曾是 西康省省会的雨城雅安，以“雅雨、 雅女、雅鱼”三绝而闻名于世，自古以来就是川藏、滇藏的咽喉，也 是古南方丝绸之路和茶马古道的门户和必经之路。随后来到此生必驾 318 天全服务区打卡点（拍照 30 分钟 左右），这里是全国首个大熊猫主题文化服务区，虽迟可看到熊猫造型的艺术气息。随后沿秀美青衣江直至 巍巍二郎山，穿越二郎山隧道（网红红旗隧道）抵达康定随后来到网红观景平台【鱼子西（车程 10 分钟左右）】 这里近距离欣赏贡嘎雪山，随后继续前行抵达“摄影天堂”-新都桥.

At around 08:00, depart from Chengdu’s Hotel X/residence (within the 3rd Ring Road). Then take the Chengdu-Ya'an Expressway, pass through Xinjin Service Area, and arrive in Ya'an. Once the capital of Xikang Province, Ya'an is known as the "Rainy City" and famous worldwide for its three treasures: "Ya'an Rain, Ya'an Beauties, and Ya'an Fish". Since ancient times, it has been a vital hub for the Sichuan-Tibet and Yunnan-Tibet routes, as well as a gateway and necessary stop on the ancient Southern Silk Road and the Tea-Horse Road. 

Next, head to the "Must-Drive-in-Lifetime 318 Tianquan Service Area" (photo stop for about 30 minutes) – China’s first giant panda-themed cultural service area, where you can enjoy the artistic vibe of panda-shaped decorations. Then drive along the beautiful Qingyi River to the towering Erlang Mountain, pass through the Erlang Mountain Tunnel (thepopular online Hongqi Tunnel), and reach Kangding. 

Subsequently, visit the popular online viewing platform Yuzixi (about 10 minutes’ drive), where you can enjoy a close-up view of Gongga Snow Mountain. Continue the journey to Xinduqiao, known as the "Paradise for Photographers".

Depart from Xinduqiao between 7:00-8:00 a.m. and head to Ga'ersi Mountain Pass, with a driving time of about 1 hour. Ga'ersi Mountain Pass is at a relatively high altitude; you can enjoy the plateau scenery and the snow-capped mountains in the distance here, but avoid strenuous exercise to prevent altitude sickness. Then arrive at Yajiang, a small Kangba-style mountain town by the Yalong River—you can enjoy mountain views and Tibetan villages along the way. Next, reach Tianlu Shibawan (10 minutes for photo-taking). This is a spectacular winding mountain road; you can stop at the viewing platform to take photos and admire its unique road landscape and the surrounding mountain scenery. After that, pass through Jiaziwan Tunnel and head to Kazila Mountain Pass, with a driving time of about 1.5 hours. At Kazila Mountain Pass (10 minutes for photo-taking), the view is broad, allowing you to see vast grasslands and distant snow-capped mountains—meanwhile, keep warm and take precautions against altitude sickness. Depart from Kazila Mountain Pass and go to Litang for a break. After lunch, set off, pass by Tu'er Mountain and Haizi Mountain, and head to Shangri-La Town, Daocheng County. Along the way, you can appreciate the unique landform of Haizi Mountain, with numerous rocks and lakes, making you feel as if you are in an alien world. Arrive at Shangri-La Town in the evening, check in at the hotel and rest.

①长线・挑战版 早上 8：00 左右出发到达亚丁景区入口→首先需乘坐观光车到扎灌崩→随后步行 500 米到冲古寺（海拔 3880 米），这里能拍摄雪山和草甸大片，还能慢慢适应高反。接着从冲古寺→乘坐电瓶车到洛绒牛场（往返 80 元/人自理），抵达洛绒牛场后→徒步 5 公里石板路和土路到达牛奶海，需 3-4 小时，也可选择骑马（300 元/人自理）每天限量 120 匹，但骑马只能到舍身崖，之后还要徒步 1.5 公里。建议中午 12 点前到达牛奶 海，此时光线最好，能看到蓝绿色湖水和雪山倒影。游览完牛奶海后→徒步 30 分钟左右抵达五色海，虽然 爬升仅 100 米，但坡度较陡，这里阳光下五色海会变色，如果身体条件允许的情况下是必打卡点。 游览结束原路返回洛绒牛场，再乘电瓶车和观光车出景区前往停车场与司机汇合前往酒店休息。 

②短线・轻松版 从冲古寺→徒步到仙乃日神山脚下的珍珠海（往返徒步 2 小时左右），这里湖水呈翡翠色，非常安静治愈， 可拍摄仙乃日神山倒影。这里的冲古草甸是电影《从你的全世界路过》的取景地，傍晚时分光线柔和，氛围 感十足，适合拍照。游览结束后乘坐观光车出景区前往停车场与司机汇合并前往酒店休息。 

【温馨提示】 1、稻城亚丁景区面积大，观光车+徒步耗时久，两条路线在时间和身体允许的情况下可以一起游玩，如果体力不允许， 建议选择其中一条路线游览（通常长线优先，但完全取决于个人身体情况而定）。

One day tour of Aden scenic area

Altitude Information: 3880-4600 

①Long Route · Challenging Version Depart around 8:00 a.m. and arrive at the entrance of Yading Scenic Area. First, take a sightseeing bus to Zhaguobeng. Then walk 500 meters to Chonggu Monastery (3,880 meters above sea level) — this is an ideal spot for taking photos of snow-capped mountains and meadows, and also a good chance to gradually acclimate to the high altitude. Next, take an electric shuttle bus from Chonggu Monastery to Luorong Pasture (the round-trip fare is 80 yuan per person, at your own expense). After reaching Luorong Pasture, hike 5 kilometers along stone and dirt roads to Milk Sea, which takes about 3-4 hours. Alternatively, you can choose to ride a horse (300 yuan per person, at your own expense). However, only 120 horses are available daily, and the horse ride only goes as far as Sheshen Cliff; you will still need to hike another 1.5 kilometers afterward to reach Milk Sea. It is recommended to arrive at Milk Sea before 12:00 noon, as the light is optimal at this time, allowing you to see the turquoise lake water and the reflection of snow-capped mountains. After visiting Milk Sea, hike for about 30 minutes to reach Five-Color Sea. Although the elevation gain is only 100 meters, the slope is quite steep. Under the sun, Five-Color Sea shimmers with different hues, making it a must-visit spot if your physical condition permits.After the tour, return to Luorong Pasture via the same route. Then take the electric shuttle bus and sightseeing bus out of the scenic area, meet the driver at the parking lot, and head to the hotel for rest. 

② Short Route · Relaxed Version Hike from Chonggu Monastery to Pearl Sea at the foot of Xiannairi Sacred Mountain. The round-trip hike takes about 2 hours. The lake water of Pearl Sea is emerald green, creating a serene and healing atmosphere, and it is a perfect place to take photos of the reflection of Xiannairi Sacred Mountain. The nearby Chonggu Meadow was a filming location for the movie I Belonged to You; in the evening, the soft light creates a highly atmospheric scene, ideal for photography. After the tour, take the sightseeing bus out of the scenic area, meet the driver at the parking lot, and proceed to the hotel for rest. 

【Warm Tips】 1. Daocheng Yading Scenic Area is large, and the combined time of taking sightseeing/electric shuttle buses and hiking is long. If time and physical strength allow, you can explore both routes. If not, it is recommended to choose one route (the long route is usually prioritized, but the final choice depends entirely on your physical condition).

早餐后 08:00 左右从亚丁出发前往理塘，理塘有着“世界高城”之称，海拔 4014 米，可以在这里短暂停 留（5-10 分钟），欣赏一下理塘的城市风貌，感受高城的独特氛围。随后经过毛垭大草原，面积广阔，平均 海拔 4000 米以上，道路两边都是高山牧场，可以看到成群的牦牛在草原上悠闲吃草。继续前行翻越海子山 垭口（海拔 4700 米左右）在这里可以欣赏到壮观的高原风光和古冰川遗址，还能看到美丽的姊妹湖（拍照 打卡 10 分钟）湖水在雪山的映衬下，景色十分迷人。之后前往巴塘，理塘到巴塘大约 180 公里，车程 3-4 小时。可以在巴塘用餐，品尝当地的特色美食。下午从巴塘出发，经过金沙江大桥，这里是四川与西藏的界 河，可在桥上打卡留念。接着经过海通沟检查站，海通沟路段之前有过水毁情况，修复之后，可能部分路段 仍比较颠簸，随后最终到达芒康入住酒店休息。

Yading - Daocheng - Litang - Maoya Grassland - Haizishan Pass - Sister Lakes - Batang - Jinsha River Bridge - Haitonggou Checkpoint - Mangkang 

Altitude Information: 3,870     Driving Distance: 400 KM      Driving Time: Approximately 8 hours 

After breakfast, depart from Yading at around 08:00 and head to Litang. Known as the "World's Highest City", Litangsits at an altitude of 4,014 meters. You can make a short stop here (for 5-10 minutes) to enjoy the urban scenery of Litang and experience the unique atmosphere of this high-altitude city. Then, pass through the Maoya Grassland, which is vast in area with an average altitude of over 4,000 meters. There are alpine pastures on both sides of the road, and you can see herds of yaks grazing leisurely on the grassland. 

Continue driving to cross the Haizi Mountain Pass (at an altitude of approximately 4,700 meters), where you can enjoy the spectacular plateau scenery and ancient glacial ruins, as well as the beautiful Sister Lakes (stop for 10 minutes to take photos). The lake water, set against the snow-capped mountains, presents an extremely charming view. After that, proceed to Batang. The distance from Litang to Batang is about 180 kilometers, and the drive takes 3-4 hours. You can have a meal in Batang and taste the local specialty foods. 

In the afternoon, depart from Batang and pass the Jinsha River Bridge, which is the boundary river between Sichuan and Tibet. You can stop on the bridge to take photos as a souvenir. Then, go through the Haitonggou Checkpoint. The Haitonggou section once suffered from flood damage; although it has been repaired, some parts of the road may still be bumpy. Finally, arrive in Mangkang and check into the hotel for rest.

芒康是滇藏、川藏南线交汇处，也是进入西藏的第一个县城，全程柏油路，缓坡爬升，路面平整，沿途可见 藏式村落、青稞田，清晨可能有薄雾，芒康出发途径拉乌山垭口（海拔 4376 米）无明显高反不适感，垭口 有“拉乌山”标识碑、经幡阵，远眺藏东河谷全景，这里避免长时间停留（风大易着凉）接着以“长下坡” 为主到达紧邻澜沧江的如美镇，继续前行翻越 G318 最险非高海拔垭口-觉巴山垭口，全程盘山路，无护栏 路段多，爬升海拔从 2640 米至 4119 米，觉巴山垭口（海拔 4119 米）视野开阔，可俯瞰澜沧江大峡谷“U型河谷”垭口处经幡随风飘动，拍照时注意脚下碎石（避免靠近悬崖边缘），随后下坡至登巴村（海拔 3470 米），再缓坡爬升至东达山垭口（海拔 5130 米）是川藏南线沿途较高垭口之一，停留时间不超过 20 分钟， 避免剧烈活动（如奔跑、跳跃），垭口有“东达山”网红打卡碑，拍照时注意保暖（风大、气温低，夏季也 需穿外套）。沿途经过左贡河河谷，风光从高原草甸过渡到河谷农田，可欣赏“河谷藏村+雪山背景”的画 面，随后穿越邦达草原核心区域，草原上可见牦牛、羊群，夏季（6-8 月）草原野花盛开，冬季（11 -次年 3 月）草原积雪，呈现“雪原牧歌”景象。随后到达业拉山（海拔 4658 米）可停留 10 分钟拍照，远眺怒 江 72 拐的“盘旋曲线”（这里是俯瞰 72 拐全景的最佳视角之一）。怒江 72 拐（又称“九十九道拐”）是 12 公里长的连续下坡盘山路，过 72 拐后沿怒江峡谷行驶，抵达怒江大桥（军事管理区域，禁止停车、拍照）， 需快速通过，不随意开窗、减速（遵守桥上交通标识），晚上抵达八宿入住酒店休息。

Mangkang - Lawu Mountain Pass - Rumei - Jueba Mountain Pass - Dongda Mountain Pass - Zuogong - Bangda Grassland - Yala Mountain Pass - Nujiang 72 Turns - Nujiang Bridge - Basu 

Altitude Information: 3,260     Driving Distance: 340 KM     Driving Time: Approximately 8 hours 

Mangkang is the intersection of the Yunnan-Tibet Highway and the southern section of the Sichuan-Tibet Highway, and it is also the first county seat when entering Tibet. The entire journey is on an asphalt road with gentle slopes and a smooth surface. Along the way, you can see Tibetan-style villages and highland barley fields, and there may be light mist in the early morning. 

Departing from Mangkang, you will pass the Lawu Mountain Pass (altitude 4,376 meters), where there is usually no obvious discomfort from altitude sickness. At the pass, there is a "Lawu Mountain" landmark stele and a cluster of prayer flags. You can enjoy a panoramic view of the eastern Tibet river valley from a distance, but it is advisable to avoid staying here for a long time (as the strong wind may easily cause you to catch a cold). Then, the road is mainly a "long downhill" leading to Rumei Town, which is adjacent to the Lancang River. 

Continue forward to cross the Jueba Mountain Pass—the most dangerous pass on G318 that is not at an ultra-high altitude. The entire section is a winding mountain road with many sections without guardrails, and the altitude climbs from 2,640 meters to 4,119 meters. At the Jueba Mountain Pass (altitude 4,119 meters), the view is broad, allowing you to overlook the "U-shaped valley" of the Lancang River Grand Canyon. The prayer flags at the pass flutter in the wind; when taking photos, be careful of the gravel under your feet (and avoid getting close to the cliff edge). After that, godownhill to Dengba Village (altitude 3,470 meters), then climb up gently to the Dongda Mountain Pass (altitude 5,131 meters)—one of the higher passes along the southern section of the Sichuan-Tibet Highway. The stay here should not exceed 20 minutes, and strenuous activities (such as running and jumping) should be avoided. At the pass, there is a popular "Dongda Mountain" photo-check-in stele; when taking photos, keep warm (the wind is strong and the temperature is low, so a coat is needed even in summer). 

Along the way, you will pass through the Zuogong River Valley. The scenery transitions from alpine meadows to river valley farmland, and you can enjoy the view of "Tibetan villages in the river valley with snow-capped mountains in the background". Then, drive through the core area of the Bangda Grassland. On the grassland, you can see yaks and sheep flocks. In summer (June-August), wild flowers bloom all over the grassland; in winter (November-March of the following year), the grassland is covered with snow, presenting a "pastoral song on the snowfield" scene. 

After that, arrive at Yela Mountain (altitude 4,658 meters), where you can stop for 10 minutes to take photos and enjoy a distant view of the "twisting curves" of the Nujiang 72 Bends (this is one of the best viewing angles to overlook the panoramic view of the 72 Bends). The Nujiang 72 Bends (also known as the "Ninety-Nine Bends") is a 12-kilometer-long continuous downhill winding mountain road. After passing the 72 Bends, drive along the Nujiang Grand Canyon and reach the Nujiang Bridge—a military-controlled area where parking and taking photos are prohibited. You need to pass through quickly, and must not open the car windows or slow down randomly (please abide by the traffic signs on the bridge). 如果今日选择前往来古冰川游览，则从然乌镇“然来公路”行驶，沿途会经过藏式村落-来古村，便到达 来古冰川景区入口→随后徒步 2 公里至冰川群观景台，可近距离观看“美西冰川、雅隆冰川”等 5 条冰川组 成的冰川群，游览结束返回然乌镇沿 G318 至波密县城，入住酒店休息。

Basu - Anjiula Mountain Pass - Ranwu Lake - Midui Glacier/Laigu Glacier

After breakfast, depart from Basu County at around 08:00 and head along National Highway 318. The first half of the journey is a gentle uphill slope, and the slope slightly steepens when approaching the pass in the second half. Then you will arrive at Anjiula Mountain Pass (altitude 4,475 meters), which is the boundary between the Nujiang River Basin and the Yarlung Zangbo River Basin. There are no crowds at the pass, so you can take panoramic photos of "snow-capped mountains + prayer flags".Continue forward, with the road mainly going downhill, and the altitude drops from 4,475 meters to 3,850 meters (the altitude of Ranwu Lake). Along the way, you will pass the "Ranwu Lake Scenic Viewpoint" (by the highway before reaching the lake), where you can stop briefly to take photos of the distant view. Then you will arrive at the core scenic area of Ranwu Lake (the lakeside highway near Ranwu Town). The lake water reflects the distant Gangrigabu Snow Mountains, and the lake surface is shrouded in light mist, like a fairyland. 

Drive east along G318 from Ranwu Town for about 10 kilometers to enter the Midui Glacier Scenic Area. After arriving at the scenic area parking lot, you need to transfer to a scenic area sightseeing bus to the hiking starting point, and then walk to the glacier viewing platform to overlook Midui Glacier—the most beautiful glacier in China.The tongue of the glacier extends directly into the forest, and there is an ice lake under the glacier. The ice surface shows a light blue color under the sunlight, and the glacier cracks can be clearly seen. 

After the tour, return to G318 from Midui Glacier and continue driving west. When approaching Bomi, there are dense spruce forests on both sides, which is known as "Little Switzerland in Tibet". Stay in Bomi County at night (it has the lowest altitude in the whole journey, so altitude sickness is less likely to occur). 

If you choose to visit Laigu Glacier today → Drive along the "Ranlai Highway" from Ranwu Town, pass by Laigu Village (a Tibetan-style village) along the way, and then reach the entrance of Laigu Glacier Scenic Area → Then hike 2 kilometers to the glacier group viewing platform, where you can watch the glacier group composed of 5 glaciers including "Meixi Glacier and Yalong Glacier" at close range. After the tour, return to Ranwu Town and head to Bomi County along G318, then check into the hotel for rest.

Depart at around 08:00 after breakfast. The first stop is Galang Lake, a famous alpine barrier lake in eastern Tibet. The lake surface reflects the distant snow-capped mountains and surrounding Tibetan-style villages. When the morning mist lingers, the scene is like a hidden gem of "Tibet's Little Jiangnan" (a region known for its mild climate and beautiful scenery).Then, pass by Guxiang Lake, a lake formed by a tributary of the Parlung Zangbo River. There are large areas of highland barley fields and spruce forests by the lake. In summer (June-August), wild flowers bloom all over the lakeside; in winter (December-February), the lake surface may form a thin layer of ice, appearing more serene against the backdrop of snow-capped mountains. 

After about 1.5 hours, arrive at the 4000-Kilometer Viewing Platform (stop for 20 minutes to take photos). As a iconic check-in spot on National Highway G318, the viewing platform offers a distant view of the Parlung Zangbo Gorge and snow-capped mountain ranges. There is a signboard marked "G318 4000KM" by the road, making it a memorable landmark for self-driving trips along the Sichuan-Tibet Highway. 

Next, head to the Tongmai Grand Bridge, a key iconic structure on the "New Sichuan-Tibet Highway". It has replaced the temporary bridges that once stood at the former "Tongmai Perilous Stretch". Spanning the Parlung Zangbo River, the bridge has a wide deck. You can park in the designated viewing area (stop for 15 minutes to take photos) toexperience the transformation from a "perilous path" to a "smooth thoroughfare" and enjoy the distant view of the gorge scenery. 

Later, arrive at Lulang Town, known as "Oriental Switzerland". The town’s architecture mainly features Tibetan styles integrated with modern resort elements. With neat streets and surrounded by grasslands and forests, it allows you to experience the idyllic scenery of the Tibetan plateau. 

Pass by the Lulang Forest Sea, where dense spruces and firs cover the hillsides as far as the eye can see. In summer, the forest is deep green; in autumn (September-October), some trees turn yellow, creating distinct layers. Against the backdrop of distant snow-capped mountains, the scenery is magnificent. 

Subsequently, reach the Sejila Mountain Pass (altitude 4,728 meters, stop for 20 minutes to take photos). At the pass, there are clusters of prayer flags and a signboard marked "Sejila Mountain". On clear days, you can get a distant view of Namcha Barwa Peak—one of China’s most beautiful snow-capped mountains, also known as the "Shy Peak" because it is often shrouded in clouds and mist. 

After descending from the pass, the altitude gradually drops (from 4,728 meters to 2,900 meters). The road is mainly winding mountain roads, and the scenery along the way transitions from alpine meadows to river valley farmlands. You can enjoy the views on both sides of the Nyang River. Arrive in Bayi Town, Nyingchi, in the evening for rest.

Depart from Nyingchi at around 08:00 in the morning and head to Basum Tso (with a 2-hour tour duration). Also known as Cuogao Lake, its name means "green water" in Tibetan. The lake is about 18 kilometers long, with a surface area of approximately 27 square kilometers and a maximum depth of 120 meters, sitting at an altitude of 3,480 meters. It is located in a deep valley upstream of the Ba River, about 36 kilometers from Bahe Town in Gongbujiangda County, and is a famous sacred lake and holy site of the Red Sect (Nyingma School) of Tibetan Buddhism. 

After the tour, depart from Basum Tso and drive along the provincial highway for about 30 minutes before merging onto the Lhasa-Nyingchi Expressway—the first high-grade highway in Tibet. With two-way four lanes throughout, the road surface is smooth and the speed limit is 100 km/h. The expressway section is built along the Nyang River Valley, and most sections offer a combined scenic view of "snow-capped mountains + river valley + farmland". Among them, the Mila Mountain Tunnel eliminates the need to cross the Mila Mountain Pass after its completion, avoiding the cold wind and altitude sickness risks at the high-altitude pass. After exiting the tunnel, you can see the distant view of Mila Mountain. 

Exit the expressway at the "Lhasa East" toll gate, then drive along Najin Road and Jiangsu Road into downtown Lhasa. Along the way, you can get your first glimpse of Lhasa's scenery: neat streets, a mix of Tibetan-style buildings and modern high-rises, and pilgrims holding prayer wheels while circumambulating, creating a solemn and peaceful atmosphere. At this moment, the Potala Palace will come into view—its red walls and golden roofs glowingbrilliantly in the sunset. It is not advisable to head to the foot of the Potala Palace in a hurry; first check into the hotel and plan subsequent tours after adapting to the altitude.

Yamdrok Lake (commonly known as "Yanghu") is one of the three major sacred lakes in Tibet. The round-trip distance from Lhasa is about 220 kilometers. Depart from your hotel in downtown Lhasa, take the Airport Expressway and switch to Provincial Highway S101, heading towards Nagarzê County. 

Arrive at Gangbala Pass, which sits at an altitude of 5,030 meters. This is a classic spot to overlook the panoramic view of Yamdrok Lake. There is a viewing platform at the pass (stop for about 30 minutes to park and take photos). From here, you can look out at the azure lake surface and the distant snow-capped mountain ranges reflecting each other—every random shot will be a "wallpaper-worthy" scene.Drive down the winding mountain road from Gangbala Pass; after about 30 minutes, you will reach the lakeside of Yamdrok Lake. There are several small, less-crowded viewing platforms along the way, where you can take close-up photos of the lake water and the yaks by the lake (note that a fee is required to take photos with the yaks, so be sure to negotiate and agree on the price in advance). Conclude the tour and start the return trip to Lhasa before 15:30 in the afternoon.
